Patricia L. Frishett's Obituary
Patricia L. Frishett, age 72, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021. She was born October 4, 1949 in Muskegon to Howard E. and Isabelle W. (Leitch) Wheeler and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Muskegon Catholic Central High School and received her associates degree from Muskegon Business College. Patricia married Douglas L. Frishett, Sr. on March 23, 1973 in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on April 1, 2010. Patricia worked at Thill Oil Company in North Muskegon for 19 years, Zephyr, Inc. for 2 years and retired in 2006 from Muskegon County Health Department after 19 years. She enjoyed sharing a garden with Doug, camping and fishing in Beulah, MI for many summers, going to Model Railroad Conventions all over the country, building a huge N-scale model railroad in the basement, traveling and camping and loving nature in Canada and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She was a life member of the Polish Falcons in Muskegon. Survivors include her sister, Judy K. Carnes; stepson, Douglas L. Frishett, Jr.; grandson, Thomas A. (Jeff Cave) Serio; special friends, Marie Malenfant, Jamie and Toni Way; and special pet nephew, Bruno. She was also preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Michelle R. Bergin. A Celebration of Life Luncheon will take place 11:00AM-1:00PM Monday, December 6, 2021 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444.
