Mrs. Patricia J. Geiger's Obituary
Mrs. Patricia J. Geiger, age 73, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015 in Muskegon. She was born on November 17, 1941 to Marvin and Doris (Weatherbee) Postema and was a life resident of the area. Patricia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports. On June 2, 1961, Patricia married David E. Geiger and he preceded her in death on October 1, 2014. She is survived by three children, Julie (Chris) Parisian, Jeff Geiger and Jodi Geiger; four grandchildren, Jordan and Kaylee Parisian and Derek and Jared Geiger; two sisters, Marva (Phil) Brown and Carol (Jim) Warren; many nieces, nephews and special friends, Donna and George Siler and Karen Bitely. In addition to her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Joanne Brufladt. FUNERAL SERVICES will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100 with Pastor Casey Arnouts officiating. VISITATION will be from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday, January 26, 2015. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery. For a more lasting MEMORIAL, please consider the Poppen Residence of Harbor Hospice.
