Patricia J. "Patti" Hathaway's Obituary
Patricia J. "Patti" Hathaway passed away on Saturday February 20, 2016. Patti was born on February 12, 1931 to Frank and Lena Carlson. She was blessed with 3 children in her life. Patti worked as a data processor for Gerber Products for 35 years before her retirement in the mid-1990s. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, crafts, reading and cake decorating. Patti was a kind, caring, considerate woman who will be deeply missed. She is survived by her 3 children, Debbie (John) Pearson, Randy (Kelly) Guss, and Karen (Ed) Gartland; stepchildren, Chris (Teresa) Hathaway and Rhonda Hathaway; and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years Richard Hathaway. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held on Friday February 26, 2016 at 3pm at The Sytsema Chapel 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210. VISITATION will be held one hour prior to the start of the service. Memorial contribution can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
