To the family of Pat and Dick,
Pat was the most wonderful and caring secretary at Temple United Methodist Church for many years at the same time I was Director of Music. She was highly detailed with her work on the church’s Sunday bulletins and newsletters. Not only was she talented in the church office, but with her craft work. I deeply appreciated her professional and personal friendship.
Dick reflected the same kind of care with his custodial work at Temple UMC. When I had my studio piano recitals at church, Dick made sure everything, from piano placement in the sanctuary, and a parlor set for refreshments, was in perfect order. At all times he handled problems with the maintaining of the church and grounds with grace and dignity.
Both gave Temple UMC gifts beyond measure. As a team, Pat and Dick were a blessing to our family, as well as the Temple UMC church family.
May Christ surround their family with comfort, assurance, courage to face the days ahead, peace, hope, and love. May their souls rest together in the arms of their Lord and Savior.
