I remember when my daughter Jeni had a new best friend in middle school. That's how I first met Trish and Chrissy. The girls had quickly formulated plans to become sisters. Although it didn't work out quite according to their plan, sisters they were. Chrissy became a part of our family and with her, so did Trish.
Trish, you're a beautiful person, inside and out. A truly sweet spirit. I don't ever remember you having harsh words towards anyone, always full of love and kindness. There were many events I remember us sharing. Too many to list them all. The first was when we, by coincidence,sat together at a school event, I believe it was a choir concert. A couple of the last events were Chrissy & Kenny's wedding and then their baby shower. It's obvious that you are so very proud of your daughter. I know that Chrissy is the source of joy in your life.
I'm blessed to have met you and have you in my family. I'm grateful for all the memories you have given to me and my daughters. Trish, you are so loved by all of us. I'm sad that it will be so long until I see you again, but I know that I will see you again.
I'm talking like you're still here, and I believe you are. You will always be a significant part of our lives, never forgotten, always missed.
Trish, I've seen you dance and right now I have a vision of you smiling, laughing and dancing with our Lord. Until we see each other again, face to face, God bless you.
when trish lived with me, she shared fond memories she had of a christian cafe back in jersey called "the fire escape cafe"....pastor doug liked the thought so much that for the last 18 years, our cafe/food pantry is also named "the fire escape cafe"...she was so tickled to know that...
