Patricia "Patt" Kay Rymarczak's Obituary
Patricia “Patt” Kay Rymarczak, age 80, of Grand Haven passed away Friday, May 31, 2013 at a local hospital. She was born June 2, 1932, in Grand Haven to James Harvey and Louise (Moll) Snell, and she married Donald John Rymarczak on December 29, 1951, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
Patt worked various jobs, at Dake Engine, Gardner Denver and retired from Rosy Mound School. She enjoyed golfing, walking, going to the casino, shopping, traveling, working in her rock garden, bowling, and having lunch with friends.
Patt is lovingly remembered by her husband, Donald Rymarczak of Grand Haven; two daughters, Vicki (Doug) Patterson of Grand Haven and Kelly (Jeff) Vander Ark of Middleville; four grandchildren, Brad (Melissa) Patterson, Matt (Lindy) Patterson, Kimberly (Jeff) Black, Kyle Vander Ark; six great-grandchildren, Grey, Avery, Sheldon, Olive, Penn, and Allison; her brother, James (Lois) Snell. Patt was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Snell.
A Celebration of Life picnic for Patt will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, from 6-9 p.m. at Pottawatomie Park, 15600 Comstock Street, Grand Haven, MI. Memorial contributions to Hospice of North Ottawa Community are appreciated.
