My sincere condolences to the Stark Vulgaris family on the loss of Pat. I grew up in East Broadway and came to know Pat well as a neighbor and good friend to our cousin Irma. So many memories of her visiting Irma with her smile, laughter, conversations in her younger days. Pat was lively, full of life and someone who a great friend. I was saddened to hear of her passing.
