Paul E. Crowell's Obituary
Paul E. Crowell, age 76, of Grand Haven passed away Monday, November 12, 2018, in Grand Haven. He was born September 7, 1942, in Richmond, Indiana, to Forrest Urban and Kathryn Mae (Beasley) Crowell. He married Ruth Emogene Rowell on May 30, 1969, in Spring Lake, MI.
Paul served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard, and worked as a tool and die maker for Challenge Machine for thirty years. He loved fishing, hunting, metal working, and most of all gunsmithing.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Ruth Crowell of Grand Haven; three daughters: Paula Natasha (Al) Berg of Middletown, OH, Corinne (Chris Butler) Crowell of Charlotte, NC, and Eve (Dan) Marcum of Grand Haven; his son, Benjamin Crowell of Spring Lake; two grandchildren, Jennafer Marcum and Seth Marcum; his sister, Nancy (Sam) Muncy of Eaton, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Barbara Taylor.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at Robinson Grace Church 14211 120th Ave., Grand Haven, MI 49417. An additional service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 24, at Fort St. Claire Park in Eaton, OH. Memorial contributions to Hospice of North Ottawa Community are appreciated.
