Paul Ervay's Obituary
Mr. Paul Ervay, age 68, passed away, Saturday, June 13, 2009 at his home. He was born April 30, 1941 in Grand Haven to Mary Ervay and has lived in the area all of his life. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. On April 2, 1965 he married Alice Moore in Muskegon, and she survives him along with 4 children, Steven (Janice) Ervay of Shelby, Paul (Sue Ann) Ervay of New Baden, IL, Tammy (Nathan) Daniels of Allegan, and Mary Ervay of Muskegon, 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 1 brother, Harrison (Velma) Lowden, and 2 sisters, Pat (John) Clark and Sue (Denny) Bueno, 1 sister-in-law, Sandy Lowden, 1 brother-in-law, Roy Wheeler, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Frank Lowden, 1 sister and 6 brothers. Memorial Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, June 19, 2009 at Shiloh Tabernacle Church of God with Rev. Verne Wright officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of Sytsema Funeral Homes.
