Paul was a great person & friend with a alot of knowledge and history. Having known him from school and the many years as GTW/CN RR clerk , he was my "go-to" source for information on RR programs I've done over the years and RR articles as well .I had the privelage of repairing some of his vehicles over the years at my shop. Paul always had a smile and alot of humor & enjoyed food & fun.. He had good character that is great asset in this world . Paul was helpful to anyone who needed. Years ago Paul played Santa on the GT ferry and the whole crew enjoed that experience as well as himself.
Sorry to hear of your sudden passing and prayers to the family. God Bless.

I met Paul about a year ago through my son Travis. Paul was a kind man with a good heart. The last time I spoke to Paul was this past August when we attended a marathon that Travis was participating in. We had a lengthy discussion on several topics and Paul struck me as a very smart and knowledgeable man. Paul was very kind to Travis and a good friend to him and that will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Paul. You will be missed! Karel Hamilton
Paul was my customer and my friend. I just talked with him on Tuesday morning and he sounded fine. I email pictures to him from our recent trip. We talked on many occasions about favorite restaurants and his life. He was a lot of fun to talk with. He made me laugh. He would send me homemade goodies and his special treats from Rykes Bakery. He will be missed.
My Sincere Sympathy,
