Paul A. "South Paul" Wolcott's Obituary
Mr. Paul A. Wolcott, age 58, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016 in Scottville, Michigan. He was born on March 14, 1958 to Paul and Cecelia (Lynch) Wolcott and was a lifelong resident of the Muskegon area. Paul married the former Janet Rollenhagen on April 2, 1983 in Muskegon. He had worked at Howmet for over 15 years as a Supervisor. Paul was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Spring Lake. He also was a member of S.A.S.S. (Single Action Shooting Society), The Fin and Feather Club of Mason County and The Wolverine Rangers. Paul loved being outdoors. He was a hunter through and through, loved fishing and biking, and preferred to do it all at his beautiful cabin that he built with his greatest love, his family. SURVIVORS include his loving wife, Janet, of 33 years; sons, Steven Paul Wolcott and Adam William (Kim) Wolcott; daughter, Sara Beth Wolcott; grandchildren, Alyssa, Bryce and Leyland; sisters, Debbie (Dave) Bowden, Marykay (Jeff) Radford, Robin (Dave) Denning and Danielle Johnson; brother, Robert Wolcott; Paul is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Cheri Batten. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 29, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Spring Lake. VISITATION will be held 5-7 PM Wednesday, September 28, 2016 with the ROSARY prayed at 4:30 PM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100. Burial will take place at Norton Cemetery.
