Paul A. Martin's Obituary
Mr. Paul A. Martin, age 87, died Saturday, February 28, 2004 in Muskegon. He was born on September 13, 1916 in Dunkirk, IN to Frank & Marie (Current) Martin, and had resided here since 1935. Mr. Martin was a United States Army Veteran, having served during World War II. He worked for 36 years for Greyhound as a Bus Driver, retiring in 1975. He thoroughly enjoyed hunting, fishing and cooking whenever he could. In 1974 he married the former Nina Mae Wentzloff, and she survives him along with 2 children, Marsha Bouwman, and Frank (Kathlynn) Martin both of Muskegon; 4 grandchildren, Kevin and Jordan Martin, Paul (Barbara) Bouwman and Dawn Bouwman; 2 great grandchildren, Drue Bouwman and Levi Bouwman. He was preceded in death by one sister, Hilda Cox. SERVICES will be 1 PM Wednesday at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. 231-759-8565 with Dan Jensema officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 6-8 PM Tuesday. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions to the Activities Fund at Knollview Nursing Home will be appreciated.
