Paul E. Olson's Obituary
Mr. Paul E. Olson, age 84, passed away Thursday evening, May 21, 2009 in Muskegon. He was born October 18, 1924 to Edward and Esther (Nelson) Olson in Muskegon, and was a life resident. Mr. Olson was a WWII U.S. Army veteran, and a member of Samuel Lutheran Church. He worked at Sealed Power for 46 years, retiring in 1989. He enjoyed spending time with his family, collecting sports cards, watching sports, and especially baseball. On September 30, 1949 he married Emma J. Workman. Mr. Olson is survived by his loving family; his wife Emma; 6 children, Nancy (Bruce) Peck of Frankfort, IL, Kathy(Chip) Furst of Norton Shores, Larry (Lori) Olson of Avon Park, FL, Ron (Mary Kay) Olson of Gurnee, IL, Sharon (Bob) Bush of New Era, Brian (Lisa) Olson of Pleasanton, CA; 17 very special grandchildren, Eric, Denise and Allison Peck, Chip, Adam, and Megan Furst, Matt (Ashley), Michele, and Kali Olson, Chad and Kyle Olson, Jim, David, Stefanie, and Jacob Bush, Sam and Ellen Olson; 1 sister, Betty (Forest) Baker of N. Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 granddaughter, Sarah Peck. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at
