Paulette Fortier's Obituary
Pauletta S. Fortier, age 63, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. She was born on September 8, 1955 to Homer and Etta (Tjapkes) Weaver in Muskegon. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Randy Fortier; children, David (Ali) Fortier, Jennifer (Adam) Smith, Rochelle (Mario) Stevenson, Scott Fortier; grandchildren, Olivia, Madison, Ashlynn, Alexis, Mason, Hannah, Greyson; siblings, Richard Weaver, Donna (Paul) Goode, Irene (Richard) Hand; sister-in-law, Sandi Gowin; mother-in-law, Helen Fortier; and several nieces and nephews. Paulette was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Larry and Charlie Weaver, siblings-in-law, William Gowin, Deanne Weaver; father-in-law, Donald Fortier; and beloved grandson, Austin Hadix. A VISITATION with the family will take place on Monday, November 19, 2018 at The Walburn Chapel, 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. (231) 759-8565 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM with a Rosary to be prayed at 5:00 PM. A MEMORIAL MASS will take place on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church (1110 Dykstra Rd.) at 11:00 AM with visitation taking place one hour prior to the service at church.
