Pauline Rose Funk-Rathbun's Obituary
Pauline Rose (Topel) Funk-Rathbun age 88, of Ludington formally of Manistee died Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Tendercare of Ludington.
Pauline was born on July 14, 1926 in Antigo, Wisconsin to the late Theodore and Julia (Claussen) Topel. She married Loren J. Funk and he preceded her in death in 1977. She married Roy Rathbun and he preceded her in death in 1983. She was the co-owner of the Town Bar and Hi-Way Inn in Manistee.
Pauline is survived by her son: Gerald “Jerry†(Marsha) Funk of Ludington. 4 Grandchildren: Brenda (Bruce) Gillett of Ludington, William “Bill†(Tracy) Funk of Ravenna, Penny (John) Henderson of Ludington and Gerald “Jay†(Kristie) Funk of Ludington. 11 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands: Loren and Roy. Son and Daughter In-Law: James and Beverly Funk. 2 Sisters: Harriett and Edith. 1 Brother: Kenneth.
Funeral services for Pauline R. Rathbun will be conducted on Monday, April 6, 2015 at 11:00am at the Calvary Baptist Church at 220 N. Jebavy Drive Ludington Pastor Tim Yankee oficiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
The family will be at the Church 1 hour prior to services to greet friends.
