Pearl Louise Waller's Obituary
Pearl L. Waller age 91, formally of Ravenna, MI passed away on May 13, 2019 in Gaylord, MI. Pearl was born on February 24, 1928. She married Dewey F. Waller and they raised their five children in Ravenna, MI. Pearl and Dewey studied together to receive their GED Degrees. She later went on to Muskegon Community College where she earned her LPN Nursing Degree from there she worked at Ferguson Droste Ferguson Hospital in Grand Rapids. She babysat loads of neighborhood kids, of which were some of her many fond memories. Pearl and Dewey traveled a lot with family and continued to travel over the years seeing family and many of sights our country has to offer. Pearl is survived by: Her children: Dan and (Betty) Waller, Delores (Mike) Heavin, Alan and (Wanda) Waller, Colleen VanderVelde, and Donna (Mike) Hansen. 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. 2 sisters: Elma (Ole) and Helen.
She was preceded in death by her mother, husband Dewey, Granddaughter: Trina. 3 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
Funeral Services for Pearl will be conducted on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 11:00am at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna with Pastor James Rausch officiating. Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the service to greet friends.
