Penelope Ann Osborne's Obituary
Ms. Penelope Ann “Penny” Osborne, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 14, 2023 in Muskegon, Michigan. She was born in Muskegon on August 21, 1956 to Arvid R. and Zella M. (Rogers) Holtrop. Penny enjoyed sewing, crocheting, playing Pacman, and collecting Betty Boop memorabilia. She is survived by two sons, Richard (Jennifer White) Holtrop Sr. and Bobby (Shari English) Osborne; nine grandchildren, Hanna M. (Quintin) Thrall, Mary I. Thorne, Staci S. Tice, Aleena S. Tice, Richard V. Holtrop Jr., Jerry A. Holtrop, Ernestine I. Holtrop, Ethan R. Osborne, and Abigal L. Osborne; four great-grandchildren, Bentley, Gracie, Benjamin, and Faith; her twin sister, Pam Hibbs; two brothers, Richard Holtrop and David (Rhonda) Holtrop; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her youngest son, William Eugene “Tiger” Osborne; sister, Linda Frost; and brother, Ira Holtrop.
