Peter A. Lind's Obituary
Peter Andrew Lind, age 72, passed away unexpectedly July 3, 2021. He was born May 8, 1949 in Muskegon to Clifford and Suzanne Lind. Peter was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. He fought against the Vietnam War as a Draft Resister. Peter belonged to a local rock band called the Aardvarks and had also owned a comic bookstore in Lincoln Nebraska during the 1970’s. He graduated from Muskegon Community College in 1980 and also from Western University in 1983 with a degree in Printing Management. Peter was a collector and dealer in rock concert posters and memorabilia. The love of his life was Kim Robinson and they were married in their hearts. Kim passed away on December 11, 2011. Peter was also preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Jeff and Patrick; and his grandmother, Josephine Schwab. According to Peter’s wishes, there will be no services. Burial will take place in Lakeside Cemetery. “It’s a mighty short trip from the cradle to the crypt.” Memorials to the Make-A-Wish Foundation will be appreciated.
