I worked at the "Paper Mill" from 1981 to 2005 and Pete was always a joy to work with. The lasting memory I have of Pete is his never ceasing smile. Outside "The Mill" I was blessed with an invitation to go to "The Big House" to watch an U of M football game and later to spend some time up at the :Hook and Horn". Memories I will always cherish. My heart goes out to the entire family for this huge loss, but know that his life touched so many in such wonderful ways.

Pete was a great person and a super friend. I will remember our time at the paper mill, times hunting and fishing, our trip to Maine, and our many hours solving world problems with several glasses of "Branch Water".
He will truly be missed.

Dear Sue,

I wish to express my deepest sympathy in your loss of Pete. I remember seeing you both at one of the last church dinners. You were sitting at a round table by the door! Of course I knew his parents and sister Shirley and I will send her an e-mail.

Pete lead an active life of servce and will truely be missed. Words somehow seem inadequate to help you in your grief... but may your memoires be a source of comfort.
