I was blessed to have known Phil in my younger years, he was my English teacher and I also knew him personally. He had a heart of gold and was always kind to me and my family. Sending my sympathy and prayers to the family.

Phil was a colleague of mine at Reeths-Puffer. He was also a friend. I respected and admired him. We laughed a lot together. I will never forget him and I was lucky to have known and worked with him.
