Mrs. Phyllis A. Puls' Obituary
Phyllis Arlene Puls, age 87, of Twin Lake, MI passed away on Friday, surrounded by her family. Phyllis was born on June 5, 1931 in Muskegon, MI to Edna and Clarence Pulaski. She graduated from Whitehall High School. She attended St. James Catholic Church in Montague, MI. After raising her family she enjoyed working as a teacher’s aide at Whitehall Schools. She especially enjoyed Christmas with her family, gardening and growing her flowers. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Paul her husband of 51 years, her son William, daughter Julia Crowell and brother Richard Pulaski. She is survived by sons Timothy (Terry), Bruce (Denise), Thomas (Yoko), Stephen (Bonnie), Joseph (Laura), Andrew, Peter (Brenda), daughters Elizabeth Busch, Susan (Scott) Ringquist, Alicia (Joseph) Stratil and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition, she is survived by her brother Edward (Barbara) Pulaski and sister Ruth (Bruce) Harwood. Phyllis desired to be cremated and will be interred in Oak Grove Cemetery in Montague at a future date. At that time a graveside service will be held with the family gathering afterwards. Phyllis was loved by all who knew her and helped many of her family and friends in their times of need. She will be sorely missed.
