Ramona Lee Zaagman's Obituary
Ramona Lee Zaagman, age 88, passed away Friday, May 31, 2019 at Mercy Hospital – Hackley Campus. She was born August 15, 1930 in Columbus, OH and lived most of her life in the Muskegon area. On August 2, 1952, she married Lambert Zaagman and he preceded her in death on September 22, 2004. Ramona was a lifelong homemaker taking care of her family with her amazing cooking and loving concern. She is survived by her son, Terry (Cindy) Zaagman; 4 grandchildren, Sonie (John Marshall) Zaagman, Molly (Erik) Joslyn, Tony (Melissa Ellis) Zaagman, Casey (Kevin) Vanderberg; 5 great-grandchildren, Mallory, Logan, McKenna, Brynlee, Lauren; and her many card party friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Gumpert. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Laketon Bethel Reformed Church (1568 W. Giles Rd.) with Rev. Dr. Sherwin Brantsen officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Memorial Contributions may be directed to St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital.
