I remember being 12 years old when Randy and my mom married. As I got into my teenage years Randy guided me on some good life lessons and helped to shape me into the person I am today. Randy was always there for my mom and he was always someone who would listen. Thank you Randy for everything and you'll definitely be missed.

Wow, Everyday that goes by I keep thinking I'm going see you walking at work. Everything that was thrown your way, you seemed to always beat. Randy was one of the good guys, He always let you know where you stood. Right or wrong. Never held anything back. He loved Michigan football, Hated Notre Dame. Always used to tell me you can't be a Michigan fan and a Notre dame fan. They just don't mix! He also loved Nascar, The lions, even though we never could get a winning team. Tigers, Pistons, his cats, And he loved his garden. I learned most of what I know about gardening from this guy. And He gave me that love that I never knew I had for growing things. Randy was my go to guy. If I had a problem or needed to talk about something. He was always there. We always pretty much seen each other eye to eye on most things. He was always there to offer a helping hand. I'll never forget that. Didn't matter if he had something going on. He would usually drop it to help ya out. He had a great sense of humor. He always seemed to know what to say to get a good laugh. He helped me grow as a person, gain confidence in myself. I remember not being able to do anything at work at 19 years old, and wonder why he was pushing me so hard to learn knew things. At 25 years old I could almost run and set up most machines at our work, Because he pushed me. Even though I would always tell him I can't get it. He'd always be there to tell me I can. Don't give up! Always do your best!! That's all He wanted was my best. And when I made a mistake. Learn from it. Try not to repeat it. I always wonderd why he had so much faith in me. Never had anyone like that in my life that stood by me that much. You gave me confidence in myself which is so hard to come by now. You've helped me develop into the person I am today. And because of you I had confidence in myself as a man And I'm now married and have two kids. I remember when I asked you to be my best man. Man, I can't tell you how much that ment to me. To have you there on the best day of my life. I will never forget that. Thank you! Thanks for being the best Pal I ever had. I won't ever forget you.
Your Pal

Randy was a unique man. He could take a simple piece of wood and turn it into something beautiful. He could take plants and seeds and they would grow into beautiful, awesome plants. He did everything with a passion and with an aim for perfection.
Randy did not "sugar coat" things. You always knew where you stood, whether you liked it or not. Randy was a lucky man; He found his "Stella Mae'" and they built a life, home and memories together.
Randy loved his Nascar and loved his University of Michigan teams.
Randy loved family, whether they be human or animal.
Randy loved the outdoors, and evening fires .
Randy lived and loved life in his own way on his own terms.
Randy was and is more loved than he even knew.
Randy NO ONE will fill your shoes and you are so missed.
Randy is free of the pain and suffering ; and walking with God .
