Randy and I graduated together from Orchard View and then we both went into the Air Force in October of 1969. We went through Basic Training together in San Antonio, Texas. We got each other through that experience and then were sent to different bases. I have seen him and talked with him at different class reunions since then. He was a true friend and I will miss him. It was great growing up with my older brother from another mother across the street! I enjoyed sharing a birthday month with him. Watching the kids grow and staying in touch for many years. I will miss our little text messages catching up on family & wishing well for the holidays. Prayers to Jeanne & family
He was a wonderful back door neighbor kid as we grew up in Evanston Gardens . So many laughs over the years . He was 5 years younger than me and he used to rebound for me by the hour at my private basketball court across the street from his house . Rest in peace .
