Mr. Raymond M. Visconti, age 58, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Saturday, August 31, 2013. He is survived by his children, Sabrah and Marco Visconti; three sisters, Laurie, Jenny and Kathy; two brothers, Larry and Read Obituary
I was so surprised to read of Ray's passing. Ray was a very good student who mentored others and conducted field work in the classroom with the utmost of professionalism. He always greeted us with his enthusiastic smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Jon and I have been thinking about all of you since we heard of Ray's death. He was such a big part of our lives in the crazy early days and we have fun,fond memories of all the times together. Where do i start but to say that he was a spark in my life.Nothing,but good times,and memeories that I will cherish for the rest of my life.He got me my very first real job where I met some really great people at cobwebs and rafters.He alaways was full of good advise,and always treated me like family.He was always giving things to me and he was never selfish ever.Will never forget that deep voice he had,but there was a lot of tenderness with that.I remember so many times he came over to my dads house,and just love hanging out.I have known him for about 27 years.Anytime there was something important he was there for me,and thats what I will never forget.When I ran into him in the last 10 years I only wish I could turn back the hands of time,and given him more of mine.He will be greatly missed by me,and my family.

He had a great sense of humor and he always messed with "Grandma's" (Monica's mom) hair. We know he loved both of you very much. If there is ever anything you need, please don't hesitate to ask. What can i say...you shaped my youth.. you gave me the path to who i am now. You and my Aunt Gail were in nearly every memory i have from my childhood. I couldn't go a day without having a mondo with my favorite cousin.I nearly lived at your house for years You both potty trained me and gave me the nickname that will never go away BOOGA!! My tears are of joy that i had the pleasure of knowing you and celebration for the wonderful life you lived. I know mine wouldn't be the same without you having been in it!!! You were an amazing man and father. Id be overjoyed and proud if "Igor"(his nickname for my son Ian) turned out to be half as great as your kids did! The only regret i have is that i didn't get to see you as much when i got older! Rest at ease knowing your kids are surrounded by nothing but love. I'll miss you Uncle Ray!!! I Love You
