My thoughts are with the entire King family during this most difficult time. May you find comfort in one another as you share many memories of times spent with Ray Sr. I worked with Ray Jr. for over 10 years, and not only enjoyed the family tales he would share, but I was fortunate to have met and share in many conversations with Ray Sr. as well. I know he was loved by many, and he will be missed greatly.##imported-begin##Chris Farmer##imported-end##

To the Family of Ray King:
We will be unable to attend Ray’s service - our most sincere apologies. The honorable men of the Muskegon County Council Honor Guard asked us to assist in Ray’s service, unfortunately staffing shortages preclude our participation. You are in the competent hands of men who are heroes by any measure and are proud to render these final honors to a faithful soldier. It is our sincerest hope that future generations are inspired by the spirit of duty and commitment Ray has shown as a soldier, husband and father.
God Bless,

Our prayers are with you all. I had so much fun with Ray at 50/50. What a Gr8 guy! Peace, Dave & Ann##imported-begin##Dave & Ann Welbes##imported-end##
I'll never forget when Ray took Connie and I fishing out on the big lake. We both caught a trout and Connie still swears hers was bigger. I think mine was. It's all a fish story now, but I'll always remember how cool he was for taking me out there. Of course there are many more memories and he'll be missed.##imported-begin##Sarah (O'Toole) Donnelly##imported-end##

The "King" family will always hold a special place in my heart. "Mrs. King" was my cub scout den Mom. Ray and Fred were school mates! As i begin my rookie fishing hobby this year I hope your Dad will look down on me struggling with my poles and lures and send me a tip or two. God Bless the King family.##imported-begin##Steve & Ruthann Pamer##imported-end##
