Mr. Rayotha "Papa" Brown's Obituary
Mr. Rayotha “Papa” Brown, age 82, passed away June 23, 2012. He was born October 19, 1929 in Madison, Arkansas to Roy N. and Eva (Aldon) Brown. Ray was a longtime resident of Muskegon. He worked for the Muskegon Country Club for over 50 years as head bartender, retiring in 2001. Ray is survived by his children, Nancy Ealom (Brown), Lawrence Brown, Corlene Brown, Kevin Brown; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, Jourdan, Ethan, and Kadijah; aunt, Mae Lee Owens of Chicago, Ill; uncles; aunts; cousins; Ruby Mae Brown; and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Lee Stegall; grandson, Buddy. In accordance with his wishes there will be no service.
