Miss Rebecca Jane "Becky" Slater's Obituary
Miss Rebecca Jane “Becky” Slater, age 54, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Knollview Nursing Center. She was born November 19, 1958 in Muskegon to Daniel J. and Ruth N. (Boltze) Slater and was a life resident of the area. Becky worked as a dishwasher and prep cook for Coastline Delicatessen. SURVIVORS include her 3 brothers, Daniel J. (Nancy) Slater of Spokane, MO, Michael D. (Dawn) Slater of Ravenna, MI, Donald J. Slater of Muskegon; many aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews; and special friend, Bob Bower. Becky was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Ruth Slater. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Shiloh Tabernacle Church of God (460 E. Tyler Rd.) with the Rev. Verne Wright officiating. VISITATION will be held one hour prior to the service, 10-11 AM Tuesday at the church. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be directed to The Pioneer House of Brusse Rd.
