Regina Leona Beebe's Obituary
Mrs. Regina Leona Beebe, age 87, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2003 at her home. She was born May 19, 1916 in Manistee, MI to Stanley and Celia (Goronski) Rybicki and lived in the Muskegon area most of her life. On March 2, 1935, she married Edwin M. Jarembo and he preceded her in death on August 16, 1980. She then married Melbourne J. “Mel” Beebe, Sr. on July 11, 1982 and he preceded her in death on September 28, 1998. Mrs. Beebe was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Evanston Avenue. SURVIVORS include 4 children, Elaine (Azel) Mix of Wyoming, MI, James (Donna) Jarembo, Terry (JoAnn) Jarembo, Gail (Dave) Mitchell all of Muskegon; 6 step-children, Melbourne (Donna) Beebe, Jr., Carol (Dave) Miller, Jan McGowin, Sandi (Joe) Hanson, LeVerle Beebe, Marilyn (Dave) Davis; 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Marion (Arnold) Janik of Phoenix, AZ. She was also preceded in death by 3 daughters, Delores Metz, Marlene and Rogene Jarembo. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 9:00 AM Tuesday, October 28, 2003 at the, Sytsema Funeral Home, 737 Apple Avenue, (231) 726-5210 with the Rev. Ryan Counsell officiating. INTERMENT will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION with Regina’s family will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
