Richard Joseph "Joe" Bartholomew Jr.'s Obituary
Richard Joseph “Joe” Bartholomew Jr., age 72, passed away on November 25, 2021 at home. He was born on October 1, 1949 to Richard and Virginia (Aldrich) Bartholomew in Muskegon. Joe retired from Herman Miller in 2009 and enjoyed going to auctions and estate sales seeking the best deal possible with items he could tinker with. Joe also enjoyed spending time with his friends and family at Ruby Creek. He had interests in classic cars which lead him to seek out local car meets and cruise nights to connect with other classic car lovers. SURVIVORS include his son, Joseph (Kasey) Bartholomew; granddaughter, Kilie Bartholomew; sisters, Lori (Jim) Smith, Nancy (John) Rowe, Pam (Terri) Grimm and Peggy Dean; brothers, Jeff (Linda) Bartholomew and Tony (Stacy) Bartholomew. Joe was preceded in death by his son, Darek Bartholomew. According to Joe’s wishes cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life gathering may be announced at a later time.
