Mr. Richard H. Bulson's Obituary
Mr. Richard H. “Dick” Bulson, 76, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 10, 2013. Born July 20, 1936 in Muskegon Heights to William and Vivian (Lampman) Bulson, he had been a woodworker at Heath Mfg. and Pinetique Furniture for many years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Spring Lake. Dick married the former Lavonne Pickard 34 years ago, and she survives him along with his children: John Bulson, William (Amy) Bulson, Rebecca Purdy, Mike Pickard, Edward Pickard, Lyla (John) McElroy, and Jeaniece (Bruce) Striker; 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a brother, Wayne Bulson; sisters Barb (Louie) VanRaalte and Joyce (James) Patterson; sister-in-law Dixie Bulson; and special friends Don and Karen Straub and George and Phyllis Lyttle. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: William and Leonard Bulson. The Funeral Service for Mr. Bulson will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 15, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Spring Lake, 118 E. Exchange St. with Pastor Doug Bytwerk officiating and interment in East Dalton Oakhill Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, 10-11 A.M. Monday. Memorial contributions to Visiting Nurses Hospice or First Baptist Church of Spring Lake would be appreciated.
