Richard "Dick" William Strange's Obituary
Richard “Dick” William Strange, age 68, of Spring Lake passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at a Muskegon area hospital. He was born September 25, 1945, in Ann Arbor, to Carl B. and Donna E. (Tenney) Strange.He married Joan Marie Windberg on August 16, 1974, in St. Mary s Catholic Church.
Dick was plant operator at Construction Aggregates until retiring in 2003. He loved his cars and boats, and B.S.- ing about both.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Joan Strange of Spring Lake; his daughter, Leandra (Eric) Bowers of Ferrysburg; granddaughter, Erica Bowers; his special dog, Greta; his sister, Carol Randall of Marion, OH; his brother, Donald Strange of Richmond, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
