I worked at Target as a fixture buyer for 9 years and Rich was my rep for Harbor. In the early 2000's, I had to perform a plant review at the Charlevoix facility. I'll never forget Rich picking me up in his Corvette from Grand Rapids and zooming down the country roads setting land speed records. What an amazing man and I'm blessed to have known him. Rich used to share wonderful stories of all his landscaping he had to do in the backyard of his home. Always calm, professional, and made me smile and laugh. Luke

What a great man!! He hired me, while he was on the executive board at Spring Lake CC, as the golf course superintendent and mentored me on many things during my 12 years there. I thought the world of him, respected him deeply and will miss him. I have to admit that I cried when I heard the news. I have great memories though to hang onto.

Laurie and family,
