Mr. Richard G. Macaulay's Obituary
Rich Macaulay, age 73, died Nov. 7 of natural causes. He was born in 1945 in Philadelphia, PA to Charles R. and Sarah F. (Fussell) Macaulay. A graduate of Penncrest High School, he resided in Media PA till the mid 1970's and studied at Drexel University. He later moved to Houston, TX, Savannah, GA and Muskegon, MI. He was an owner-operator truck driver, factory worker and most recently worked at Walmart in Muskegon before retiring. He was an avid motorcyclist like his brother Bob, and enjoyed classic rock and classical music. He had a quirky and sometimes irreverent sense of humor. He is survived by his brother Jim, his ex wives Joy, Patty and Judie, his son Richie, and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Bob and son Jon. A memorial gathering will take place Thursday, Nov. 15, from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at 210 E. Giles Rd. Arrangements by The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave., (231) 726-5210.
