Mr. Richard John Murar's Obituary
Richard “Dick” John Murar, age 78, passed away on Saturday April 2, 2016. Dick was born on October 28, 1937 to John and Blanche Murar. He worked as a Machinist his entire career. Dick was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He enjoyed bowling, playing pool and was a talented bartender. He enjoyed watching sports and especially loved his Cubbies. Dick will be deeply missed. He is survived by his nieces, Laurie and Sue Murar; his nephew Michael Munson; great nephews Matthew and Marcus Murar; and great-great niece Ma’Kyah Rose Murar. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Rose Munson. A MEMORIAL MASS will be held at 11am on Thursday April 7, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 150 E. Summit Ave. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
