Richard D. Sanborn's Obituary
Mr. Richard D. Sanborn, age 69, passed away Friday morning, June 28, 2013 in Muskegon. He was born December 8, 1943 in Lansing to Richard and Margaret (Wolfsen) Sanborn, and lived in the Fremont and Muskegon areas for most of his life. He was employed by Plumbs, and formerly Kroger grocery stores before retiring. On September 27, 1986 Richard married Marlene J.(VanLoon) Obenauf, and she preceded him in death on April 17, 1998. SURVIVORS include his children, Anyta Olson, Jeffrey (Kimberly) Sanborn, Deborah (Joseph) Batchelder, Douglas (Laura) Obenauf, Lawrence Obenauf, Lorraine (James ) Postema, Kathleen Rice, David Obenauf, Karen (Lawrence) DePender; 25 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, and 5 sisters.
