Mr. Richard “Dick or Rat” Tallman, age 60, passed away Monday, May 14, 2012. Dick retired from Eagle Alloy. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Rose; son, James Wolffis and Angela Fors; granddaughter, Alayna Wolffis; and sister, Theresa (Gary) White.
