Rich and his late wife Halley were very dear friends to Rey and I. After Halley passed away we did not see Rich as often. I regret only getting to see him a few times in the last couple of years when he would stop in just to say Hi. I am a cousin to Richard and wish to extend my condolences to the family.
We haven't seen Richard or anyone in the family for a long time. Mostly because we don't know where they live.

I would like to attend the Memorial when it is held.
