Mr. Richard A. Pothoff, age 65, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at his home in Muskegon. Mr. Pothoff was born on January 8, 1942 to Richard and Marie (Hewitt) Pothoff in Muskegon. Mr. Pothoff served his country for 22 years in the U.S. Air Force and served in Vietnam and retired August 31, 1980. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force he worked at Harbor Castings. He was a member of VFW 446 and the Lakeside Eagles and was also an avid NASCAR fan. On April 16, 1993 he married Janis Farnelli in Muskegon. SURVIVORS include his wife Janis, 1 daughter Katrina (Chris) Dunn of Muskegon; 1 grandson Christopher A. Dunn; his mother Marie; 2 brothers Harry (Norine) Pothoff of Holland and Dan (Ronda) Pothoff of Muskegon; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lucille and Woodrow Cox of Muskegon; sister-in-law, Judy (Jim) Kidd and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Richard and his sister Jeanne. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 24, 2007 at
