Dear Nancy,
Ted and I were so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. It must have been such a difficult summer with Dick going through his treatments. When I think of him, I see his incredible smile which filled his whole face and those sparkling eyes. You just had to smile back. We know how much you must miss him as your love for each other was evident. Hopefully your sadness will be replaced by wonderful, happy memories of your life together.
