Mr. Richard “Dick” Walter Scott, age 68, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2007. He was born on June 13, 1938 in Muskegon to Robert W. & Florence (Evans) Scott who preceded him in death. Throughout his life he was a member of numerous car clubs, and was quite the enthusiast. Mr. Scott is survived by his wife, Betty Jo; sons, Richard “Rick” (Jodi), Ryan (Linda), daughter, Kendal, sons, Ross, Rodger (Teresa) and Robert “Bob” Scott; son-in-law, David (Cindy) Dill; sister, Janet (Jim) Reynolds; 17 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and 1 niece and nephew. SERVICES will be 1 PM Thursday at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. 231-759-8565 with Pastor Jonathan Rager officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM Wednesday and 1 hour prior to the service, from 12-1 PM. Memorial Contributions to Hackley VNS Hospice will be appreciated.
