Richard L. Drzewicki's Obituary
Mr. Richard L. Drzewicki, 59, died early Monday, September 15, 2008 at his home. He was born in Muskegon on March 27, 1949 to Joseph and Evelyn (Witkowski) Drzewicki, and lived here all his life. He was a self-employed contractor since 1979, prior to which he had taught at Muskegon Catholic Central High School. Richard was a hard working man with a unique sense of humor and many friends. He was a hunter and fisherman and especially enjoyed the times spent with his friends at deer camp. His SURVIVORS include a son, Richard (Laurie) Drzewicki, Jr. and a daughter, Kelly (Michael) St. Martin both of Muskegon; four grandchildren: Leah, Kyle, Matthew and Ella; his mother, Evelyn Drzewicki of Muskegon; a brother, Fred (Pat) Drzewicki of Muskegon; and a sister, Grace (Doug) Rose of Lawrence, MI. His father and a granddaughter, Abigail St. Martin predeceased him. SERVICES for Richard will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008 at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc.,6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444; 231/-798-1100 with Rev. Randy Murphy officiating and where VISITATION will be 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart/Stroke Assn.
