Richard "Rick" Huss' Obituary
Rick Huss, 53, passed away Wednesday morning, November 6, 2013. Born April 11, 1960 in Muskegon to Marvin and Edith (Cross) Huss, he lived his early life in Fruitport and more recently in North Muskegon. Rick married the former Roberta Garber on February 12, 2010 in Muskegon. He had been employed as a project manager for Greenplus Landscaping. An avid motorcycle rider, “Sally” was a member of the Muskegon Motorcycle Gang and Muskegon Recreation Club. He also liked fishing, especially ice fishing, and the camaraderie of hunting. SURVIVORS include his wife, Roberta; daughter, Melissa Marie Huss; son, Zachariah “Zack” Huss; step-son, Blake Thomas Pruitt; grandson Mason Andrew Carr; mother, Edith DeYoung; sisters: Donna (Michael) Whitcomb, Denise McMillan, and Dawn Tenbrink; father- and mother-in-law Thomas and Eileen Vargo; and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin, and step-father Gerald DeYoung. A MEMORIAL VISITATION will be held for Rick from 5-8 P.M.
