Mr. Robert Bennett's Obituary
Mr. Robert Bennett, age 84, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in Battle Creek, MI. He was born October 2, 1927 in Muskegon and has resided in Hesperia the past 10 years. Bob was an U.S. Army veteran of WWII and had retired in 1982 from Teledyne Continental Motors, where he had been employed 30 years. SURVIVORS include his wife, Maxine; 2 children, Susan (Alvin) Haas of Whitehall and Allen Bennett of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 10 siblings. A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held 11 AM Friday, March 23, 2012 at the Hesperia American Legion Post #411 (4075 S. 198th Ave., Hesperia, MI 49421) with Pastor Greg VanderMeer officiating. For a more lasting memorial, you are asked to consider the Bennett Family.
