Robert Bruce Danhof's Obituary
Mr. Robert Bruce Danhof, age 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones early Sunday morning, October 23, 2022. Bob was born in Muskegon, MI on February 12, 1951 to Joseph and Doris (Swinton) Danhof and had resided in North Muskegon. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy who loved, honored, and served his country. He had been faithfully employed as a Corrections Officer at the State of Michigan Correctional Facility until retiring. He spent his early retirement years docked on his boat at the marina or cruising the open waters of Lake Michigan, forever a sailor at heart. Bob was preceded in death by his son, Jason Danhof and his parents. He is loved and will be greatly missed by SURVIVORS: brothers, Thomas (Karen) Danhof of AR, David Danhof of Muskegon; Son, Joseph (Amanda) Danhof of N. Muskegon; Daughter, Rebecca Danhof of N. Muskegon; Grandchildren, Haley Frost, Dylan Leonard, Guinevere Perkins, Luca Perkins, Odin Danhof, Amelia Danhof, Kloe Walker, Robert Walker IV, Opie Danhof; and his beloved dog Baxter.
