Robert Wayne Dykema's Obituary
Mr. Robert Wayne Dykema, age 76, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at is home in Twin Lake, Michigan. He was born in Muskegon on July 18, 1944 to Clarence and Arlene (Colby) Dykema. Bob was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in the Vietnam War. He was employed as an over-the-road truck driver for over 30 years prior to his retirement from ANR Advance in 1998. He enjoyed working with ceramics, playing on his computer, model railroading, cooking, and baking. Bob is survived by his children, James R. Dykema, Daniel (Jerrica Warner) Dykema, Amy Jean (Patrick) Dinkins, Charles Morpeth, and Dale Boven; eight grandchildren, Jessi, Hannah, Lindsey (Jeff), Kayla, Spencer, Shianne, Lexi, and Shawn; three great-grandchildren, Sawyer, Spencer Nicole, and Rylynn Jean; brother, Clarence F. Dykema Jr.; and sisters, Shirley (Bruce) Haas and Linda Dykema. He was preceded in death by his parents and twin sisters, Marilyn and Carolyn Dykema. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service with full military honors will be held 10:00 AM Friday, May 14, 2021 at Blue Lake Township Cemetery.
