Robert “John†Evans age 78, of Casnovia, MI. died Friday, July 27, 2018 at his home.
Robert was born on May 23, 1940 in Muskegon, MI to the late Jay and Viola M. (Landon) Evans. He married Eileen Rooms Burd on May 7, 1960 in Muskegon, MI. She preceded him in death on July 27, 2004
He is survived by his Son: Terry (Wendy) Evans of Ohio, 2 Daughters: Sheila (Jamie) Radford and Patty Evans both of Ravenna. 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. 2 Brothers: Gene (Pat) Evans of Ravenna, Donald (Barb) Evans of Oregon. 2 Sisters: Wanda (Lynn) Wood of Muskegon and Joann (Vern) Ransom of Ravenna. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wife Eileen, Brothers: Bernard (Wilma) Evans, Darrel, Bill and Jim Evans. Sister: Corine (Richard) Kroening.
Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 11:00am at the Bennett Cemetery.
The family will be at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm to receive friends.
