Robert T. Kahler's Obituary
Robert T. Kahler, age 65, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021. He was born April 21, 1955 in Muskegon to Paul and Josephine (Konrath) Kahler. Bob was a self-employed contractor for many years prior to his retirement. He enjoyed wood working and giving back to his community. In his younger years, he played hockey and liked to ice skate. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family. Bob is survived by his former spouse of over 30 years, Laura Kahler; 2 children: Paul (Jill) Kahler of Muskegon and Sarah Kahler of Atlanta, GA; granddaughter, Leila Kahler; sister, Susan (Dale) Lacoss of Plainwell, MI; many nieces and nephews; and his grand dog, Romeo. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 half-brothers: Don and Bill Kahler. According to his wishes, there will be no services. MEMORIALS to the Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries or the Muskegon Rescue Mission will be appreciated.
