My sincere condolences to Jeanne, Sue and Gene and the entire Lowder family for your loss. I had the pleasure of playing hockey with Gene in the mid 70's at what is now Lakeshore Sports Center. He was a great guy and will be missed.
So very sorry for his family's loss. Gene was very kind to me when I was new on the job of issuing permits at a city hall.
