Robert L. Neiser Sr.'s Obituary
Robert L. “Bob” Neiser, age 84, passed Wednesday, April 1, 2020. He was born on July 18, 1935 to Floyd and Rose (Wood) Neiser in Muskegon, MI and has lived here his whole life. He was a proud veteran, serving his country in the US Army. He dedicated his life working mostly as a supervisor for Brunswick Corp for 44 years until he retired in 1997. Robert was a member of area clubs such as the Lakeside Vets Club, Polish Falcons, American Legion, Fruitport Eagles Post #3666 and the Lithuanian Club. He was a member of the Muskegon Recreation Club for 58 years and President of the MRC for over 13 years. Bob was known to be an outdoors man who enjoyed hunting,fishing, and golfing. He also was an avid bowler. Above all things, he loved his family and friends and his cat Hilda. He was a great guy who was well liked by many. Bob will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his 2 children, Kimberlyn (Clyde) Patterson and Robert (Sue) Neiser Jr; brother, Richard (Louise) Neiser; brother-in-law, James Cole; and special friends, Marsha Ahearn and Dan and Lori Carlson. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jill; sisters, Martha, Margaret, Ann and Mary; brother, Jim. Due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak concerning social distancing, private family services will be held at a later date.
